Foods To Eat At The Weekend Barbeque If You’re Dieting
Dieting is never easy, but it's especially hard when you're at a weekend barbeque and the rest of the world is eating your favorite foods fresh off the grill.
There's always grilled vegetables which are awesome, but if you've been real good, you may be considering treating yourself a little and having a burger or a hot dog this weekend. Well, I did some quick research and here's what I found.
SINGLE PATTY CHEESEBURGER 359 CALORIES, 19.8 GRAMS TOTAL FAT
HOT DOG 300 CALORIES, 19.0 GRAMS TOTAL FAT
SAUSAGE & PEPPER SANDWICH 1043 CALORIES, 60.8 GRAMS TOTAL FAT
STEAK (8OZ) 400 CALORIES, 60.0 GRAMS TOTALFAT
That was just some quick research and some general estimates, so do some of your own checking before you dig in, but at least it gives you something to think about as barbeque season has descended upon us.
Best of luck at the barbeques and best of luck with your diet.
