Is New Jersey Really One Of The Most Arrogant States?

I stumbled across a survey from last year that has New Jersey among the most arrogant states in America, and I just don't agree.

I think we are a lot of things in New Jersey. We may always be in a hurry and we may be opinionated sometimes. We may be a little rude and aggressive on the roadways. We might even have a little bit of an attitude about certain thing, but I've never thought of us as arrogant.

The study was done by Business Insider and was reported at nydailynews.com. It listed New York as the most arrogant state, but New Jersey was right there, just behind California, Massachusetts and Texas.

Sometimes I think we are just victims of the reputation we have due to stupid Hollywood jokes about our great state, especially when it comes to people responding to surveys like this.
