Jersey Shore Restaurants So Great We Would Be Devastated To Lose

It seems like each week we are writing about the sad news of another restaurant or store closing here in New Jersey.

We hate seeing businesses that we enjoyed closing their doors forever.

Over the past month we have seen Applebees, Joe's Crab Shack, Red Lobster, and a handful of retail stores announce store closures.

Esquire published a list of "100 Restaurants America Can't Afford to Lose." I'm happy to share that two Jersey Shore favorites made the list. Shout out to The Shrimp Box in Point Pleasant Beach and Squan Tavern in Manasquan.

This list got me thinking. Which Jersey Shore restaurants can't we afford to lose?

Of course, with all of that being said, we don't want to see any Jersey Shore restaurant close, but these hold a special place in our hearts.

For instance, does anything make someone from the Jersey Shore more proud than completing the Pete and Elda's pizza challenge? I'm hungry now just thinking about it...

I've been asked numerous times by out-of-staters about going to Pete and Elda's, they're kind of famous.

How many St. Patrick's Day weekends have you found yourself at Klee's after the Seaside Heights St. Patrick's Day? Thought so...

I don't want to spoil the list too much by giving it all to you now.

Without further adieu, here are the some of the best restaurants at the Jersey Shore we would hate to lose.
