MTV Jersey Shore star Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino and his brother Marc are expected to appear in federal court today to face multiple charges. They're accused of not properly paying taxes on the nearly $9 million in income brought in through his various 'promotional activities.'

Ah, how the mighty have fallen.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse than MTV's 'Jersey Shore,' one of the shows 'stars' does this.

Brace yourselves...a star - and I use that term loosely - of MTV's Jersey Shore is getting a brand new show.

Snooki is going to have a big wedding in Garfield in the fall, and you may get to see it even if don't get an invitation.

Snooki is back and the controversy didn't take long to follow. Some folks on Pelican Island think it might be too much distraction to film the show there. Snooki apparently doesn't.

The Jersey Shore has been through a lot, and worrying about Snooki and JWoww have probably slipped down our list of priorities, but it looks like they're returning to the Jersey Shore. Is that a welcome return?

The MTV special featuring the cast of Jersey Shore had some surreal moments and some heartbreaking pictures, videos and stories.The moment that got me was when Snooki, touring the devastation by helicopter, reached the rides in Seaside and was speechless. Snooki being speechless really said it all.

Whether or not you like the show or blame them for giving the Jersey Shore a bad reputation, what the cast of "Jersey Shore" is doing today on MTV is a good thing, and the right thing to do.
