Therapy Dog Missing From Jersey Shore Home

Pets can be like another family member for a lot of people, but this missing dog is so much more important to one local woman.

WABC-TV reports Linda Ciabattoni of Bradley Beach suffered a stroke eight months ago, and lost the ability to speak. In fact, she can only move her right hand, which she used to pet the 4 lb. Pomeranian/French poodle mix known as Millie.

Millie disappeared last weekend, and Linda's husband Silvio says she's been distraught without the dog.

The tiny pup was last seen in the yard at their home at the corner of 5th Ave. and Central Ave. in Bradley Beach on the morning of January 5th. Silvio is offering a $500 reward to the person who returns the dog.
