As the wedding planning continues, every now and then I like to think about the less stressful, more fun decisions...like song choices!

With my dad in 2012. (Laurie Cataldo)

Duzzy and I were talking about it, and had a pretty good idea for the father-daughter dance...or maybe our walk-in song.

You have to admit, that would be funny!

(ICYMI: "Rude" by Magic! is all about a guy asking his girlfriend's father for her hand in marriage...and the dad saying no.)

We happened to be in the car tossing ideas around for our reception entrance song, first dance, and the father-daughter dance when that song came on...and we both started joking around about using that as the father-daughter dance song, though I suppose it makes more sense as the entrance song?

Come on, the wedding can't be all serious...that's just not us! I cry at the drop of a hat, so an emotional song will have my makeup running straight down my face, and my dad has a really good sense of humor, so he'd probably love it.

Regardless, we can always transition into a sappy song, right?? I had a few ideas for those too:
