Is The Jersey Shore Due For A Krispy Kreme?

Krispy Kreme has been approved to open a brand new spot in Deptford, New Jersey. So close yet so far... but I have a feeling Krispy Kreme will be at the Jersey Shore before we know it! This will be the fourth New Jersey Krispy Kreme and in March they opened a spot in East Rutherford right down the road from Metlife Stadium. It is evident the North Carolina based company wants to continue to grow in the north.

Krispy Kreme is slowly becoming a fan favorite throughout New Jersey and in my opinion I am very happy. I spent the last three years living in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and my previous radio show was sponsored by Krispy Kreme... I gained an easy fifteen pounds in one month. IT WAS A DISASTER! In all honesty, I would stop at Krispy Kreme weekly. If I was driving by and I saw the "hot light" on, I would immediately pull into the drive thru. I like all doughnut shops but something about the Oreo cream filled doughnut from Krispy Kreme... if I was offered one meal for the rest of my life, I would possibly pick the Oreo cream filled doughnut over my moms stuffed shells... Now you know how serious I am.
