We asked you which town in Monmouth & Ocean Counties is the most beautifully decorated for the holiday season, and the results are in.

There are so many beautiful spots that make us feel festive with Christmas right around the corner, so it's not easy to pick just one town that rises above the rest, but your votes came pouring in, and we have a winner.

When it comes to holiday decorations, no town tops Freehold, which captured 45% of your vote. There is, no doubt, something special about a walk or drive through downtown during the holidays.

In second place was Red Bank with 33% of the vote. Red Bank is another place that is so beautiful at the holidays that you could feel like it jumped right out of a movie.

Rounding out the top 3 was Point Pleasant, which got 10% of your votes. You have to love the way a ride or walk through Point really brings out your holiday spirit.

Other towns that got votes but didn't make the top 3 were Asbury Park, Belmar, Spring Lake and Toms River. So there you have it. It's a solid list of towns you have to visit this holiday season. Enjoy!
