Rushing Through Meals...How about this fact from the experts. Your stomach takes 20 minutes to tell your brain it's full, so rushing a meal may make you over-eat because the full message hasn't gotten to your brain yet.

Binge Watching... We've been doing a lot of binge watching, and therefore we've been doing a lot of extra eating. A recent study says overweight people who cut back their TV by 50% saved 119 calories per day.

You're Always Sitting...We all have been sitting more recently, and that is not helping. Check out these statistics. We sit 67 hours a week. We are only moving for 7 of the 24 hours in a day.  That's a lot of sitting.

Add Ins To Your Coffee...Here's the heartbreaking phrase from the article. "If your coffee tastes like ice cream, you're doing it wrong". I don't know about you, but I've been doing it wrong. Experts say lay off the sugar and lay off the creamer.
